Documentation Engineering and Quality Automation#
My professional documentation work extended beyond content authoring. I designed connected systems for API documentation, automated validation, application-integrated regression testing, generated test references, and multi-output web and PDF publishing.
A later phase introduced structured documentation-request intake and an automated requirements-to-draft workflow. For one 70-page manual, the process produced a review-ready result in under one hour, while retaining human review and quality gates.
